Naomi Stein Obituary
WOODSTOCK- Naomi Stein, 91, died Thursday, June 13, 2024 at the Pines Nursing Home, Catskill. She was born in Brooklyn on July 13, 1932 to the late Max and Mildred Shapin.
She studied at the Parsonsons School of Design and the Art Students League in NYC. For over 23 years she did fashion illustration in NYC.
She was predeceased by her husband, Milton in 2018. Together they were routinely part of the vendors for the Woodstock Flea Market.
She is survived by her longtime friend Frank Marquit of Coxsackie.
A graveside service will be annonced at a later date where the remains of her and her husband Milton will be inurned. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Doctors Without Borders.
